And I get it. The headlines are loud. The interest rates are doing that weird jumpy thing. And everyone seems to have a friend-of-a-friend who either got five offers in two hours or can\u2019t get a showing booked to save their life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So what\u2019s the market like?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Honestly? It depends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
