Wrap it up. Count it. Label it a success or a failure and move on. But life rarely cooperates with clean endings. Most years don\u2019t tie themselves up neatly. They taper. They leave loose threads. They ask to be felt before they are filed away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year asked a lot of questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some of them I answered with confidence. Some of them I answered by standing still long enough to listen. Some of them I am still holding, unfinished and honest, because rushing an answer would not make it truer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I learned that rest is not a reward. It is part of the work. I learned that not every opportunity deserves my yes, even when it looks good on paper. I learned that clarity often comes after discomfort, not before it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I also learned that home is never just about a place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is about safety. About belonging. About being able to exhale when you walk through the door. That truth shows up in my work every day. People are not just buying and selling houses. They are closing chapters, opening new ones, and carrying a lot more than boxes with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the year winds down, I am not interested in resolutions that demand reinvention. I am more interested in intention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I want to move into the new year with steadier footing. With curiosity instead of urgency. With boundaries that protect what matters most. With the understanding that growth does not always look like more. Sometimes it looks like enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are standing at the edge of this year feeling proud, uncertain, tired, hopeful, or all of it at once, you are not doing it wrong. You are doing it honestly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new year will arrive whether we are ready or not. My hope is to meet it awake. Rooted. Willing to listen.
